Million Smiles Organization (MiSO) is working and will work forever for following objectives and fundamentals:
- To work for and promote upliftment of Spiritual, Physical, Psychological, Social, Cultural and Economical conditions of individuals irrespective of their so called backgrounds viz. caste, creed, religion, class, gender, color, race etc. Our approach is to work on individuals and their all-inclusive development
- To make a better human and thus a better world to live in

- To protect and revive Nature and its various components
